I scanned football photographs I found in the sports pages of the Times and printed them on Japanese inkjet paper.  I then folded and cut into the images with scissors. Kenneth Baker wrote that the "[resulting] patterns alter the narrow reading of the photos by intervening comically or tragically with the figures".
